James Ryan is a seasoned attorney with a rich background in law enforcement and an extensive education in criminal justice and law. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland University College, complemented by a Master of Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University, and a Juris Doctorate from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. His training is further enhanced by graduation from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center’s Uniform Police Training Course and the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commission’s Police Certification Course. Additionally, James has completed the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s Standard Field Sobriety Test course, equipping him with unique skills in DUI/DWI legal defense.
